The Indian rural economy continues to outpace the average growth in the Asian market, and we are taking this opportunity to recognize the leadership that is fuelling this growth at its most basic level. Their otherwise invisible and oft-ignored efforts in guiding their small villages, has borne a harvest of prosperity for their society, and the nation as a whole.
